असम सरकार ने 17 जनवरी 2023 को notification जारी करके पुराने Right to Public Services (RTPS) Portal का नाम बदलकर 'SEWA SETU' किया।
सरकार ने Sewa Setu को सभी Administrative Departments की services के लिए Single Unified Interface के रूप में विकसित किया।
इस portal के माध्यम से Government to Citizen (G2C), Government to Business (G2B), Government to Employee (G2E), Business to Citizen (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), utility और अन्य प्रकार की government services को digital माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराने का उद्देश्य रखा गया है।
